Difficult to get an appointment but when you finally do, care is excellent.
the improved interaction of late is much improved .
i feel confidant if i need help there is a pathway . totally aware i am not the only
person who needs help and resources are difficult. however i have had good
attention and follow up advice from all concerned.
I am writing regarding my recent interaction with the surgery as it is under new management.
I phoned last week in the afternoon and spoke to a receptionist, Safiyah, and explained that I would like a face to face appointment, but it was not an emergency. I was given an appointment for this week and on arrival I was greeted by Safiyah. My appointment was on time with the GP and I am having further investigations and will then have a phone consultation to discuss results and further actions.
I am very pleased with this first contact and hope that it bodes well for the future of the practice.
Woeful. Impossible to get an appointment, even in advance. Robotic, unhelpful staff and doctors that seem oblivious to the many issues.
I am not sure what has happened at this surgery
but the current appointment system just doesn’t work.
Patients need to be able to ring and book an appointment, being triaged is not good enough it is a surgery not A&E! The triage system is flawed as the doctor takes up to 3 days to call you back. What might not seem an emergency over the phone could actually be more serious!
I will be looking for an alternative surgery
